lemon Companion Center
Privacy Policy
Effective August 31, 2026
lemon is an automated workflow and management companion. This policy explains what information lemon uses, why it uses it, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
lemon may store profile and workspace information, records you create or upload, preferences, member permissions, favorites, and other content needed to operate your workspace.
Google account and Calendar data
When you choose to connect Google Calendar, lemon requests your basic Google identity information and read-only access to calendar events. Depending on what is available in an event, this may include its title, start and end time, all-day status, response or cancellation status, location, description, event and meeting links, source calendar, attendees, and attachments.
lemon uses this information only to connect the correct account, synchronize your calendar, show meetings and deadlines in your workspace, and power calendar-related workflow features. lemon does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to train general-purpose AI models.
lemon's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and maintain the service, organize your work, synchronize authorized connections, prevent duplicate records, troubleshoot problems, secure the platform, and improve features you use.
Sharing and service providers
lemon does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, authentication, storage, and integration providers solely as needed to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
lemon keeps information only for as long as it is needed to provide the workspace, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may disconnect Google Calendar from lemon at any time and may also revoke access from your Google Account security settings. You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your lemon information by contacting us. Disconnecting stops future synchronization; deletion requests may be subject to legal or security retention requirements.
