These terms govern your access to and use of lemon Companion Center. By using lemon, you agree to these terms.

Using lemon

You may use lemon to organize authorized business or personal workflows, records, calendars, files, projects, people, and related information. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you add and for maintaining appropriate access permissions.

Accounts and workspace access

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Workspace owners control member access and should promptly remove people who no longer require access. Do not attempt to access another person's workspace or data without authorization.

Connected services

Connections to Google and other third-party services require your permission and remain subject to those providers' terms. You may disconnect an integration at any time. lemon is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or content.

Acceptable use

You may not use lemon to violate the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or store information you are not authorized to possess.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant lemon only the limited permission necessary to host, process, display, synchronize, and back up that content for operation of the service. You are responsible for maintaining any independent backups required by your organization.

Availability and changes

Features may evolve, and temporary interruptions may occur. lemon may modify or discontinue features, address security risks, or suspend access that violates these terms. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date.

Disclaimers and liability

lemon is a workflow aid and does not replace professional judgment. The service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, lemon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party services or unauthorized use.
